This is a surprise gift for :iconmat-the-hedgehog: I really hope you like it Mat- I know you love Hikari- and she's one of my favorite characters to draw.

I love this! I'm really happy with the way it turned out ^^
It took me about 3 hours all together.

This is my last picture before school starts tomorrow :tears:
